Terms of Sale and License
Contratos para Creadores · contratosparacreadores.com Last updated: October 27, 2026
This is an English translation of our Spanish-language terms, provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the purchase of Contratos para Creadores contract templates and the license to use them. Please read them before you pay: by confirming your payment, you accept them.
Important. Contratos para Creadores is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Our templates are general drafts: they are not legal advice and must be reviewed and adapted by your lawyer before you sign or publish them.
1. Who we are
Tesla Market Insight, S.A. de C.V. (“Tesla Market Insight,” “we,” or “us”), located at Arquímedes 205, Polanco, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, Mexico, operates the Contratos para Creadores brand and the contratosparacreadores.com website.

2. How your purchase is made
- Your purchase is made electronically, under Articles 1803 (section I), 1811, and 1834 bis of Mexico’s Federal Civil Code and Article 80 of Mexico’s Commercial Code. You accept these terms when you confirm your payment.
- Before you pay, the checkout page shows the product, the total price, and the currency so you can review your order.
- Each purchase is governed by the version of these terms in effect on the date you made it. We recommend keeping a copy.
- You must be of legal age to buy. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it; in that case, “you” means the company.
3. What you are buying
We sell contract templates and related documents for content creators, influencers, agencies, and brands in Mexico, as editable downloadable files (Word .docx format), with instructions for filling them out. Each product page on the site describes the contents, number of documents, format, and price.
Each template states the date on which the laws it is based on were reviewed. Your purchase includes the edition current on the date you buy. Later editions are not included unless the product page says otherwise.
To use the files, you need software that opens Word documents.
4. License
Ownership. The templates, guides, and other text are protected by Mexico’s Federal Copyright Law and belong to Tesla Market Insight. When you buy, you do not acquire ownership of the templates; you receive a license to use them.
Single-user or single-company license. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates in your own business:
- If you buy as an individual, the license is for you.
- If you buy on behalf of a company, agency, or brand, the license is for that company and its staff, and it covers contracts to which the company is a party or in which it acts on behalf of its clients.
The license does not expire.
You may:
- Fill out, adapt, and modify the templates, and use them in as many contracts as you need within the license.
- Share the templates with your lawyer or advisors so they can review them.
- Give the other party to each contract the completed document for review and signature.
You may not:
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or assign the templates or your download link.
- Share blank templates with other people or companies, including companies in your corporate group, which must buy their own license.
- Post the templates online, on social media, or in publicly accessible shared folders.
- Use the templates to draft contracts for others as a professional service, for example, as a law firm or consultancy. That use requires a professional license; please contact us.
- Remove copyright notices, present the templates as your own, or use them to create products that compete with ours or to train artificial intelligence systems.
If you breach these conditions, the license will end without the need for a court order, and we may take any action available to us under the law.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
- Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include value-added tax (IVA). The total price is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, using the payment methods shown on the checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Our products are paid for in a single payment. We do not make automatic recurring charges or automatic renewals.
- Promotions state their conditions and dates on the site.
6. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, we will show you a private download link on the confirmation page. In addition, Stripe will email your receipt and download link, on behalf of Tesla Market Insight, to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate. If you have not received the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and, if it is not there, contact us.
The link is for the license holder’s use only; do not share it. We recommend downloading and saving the files. For 12 months after your purchase, if the link stops working, we will send you a new one at no cost.
7. Invoicing
- If you need a CFDI (Mexican electronic invoice), request it by email or WhatsApp within the calendar month in which you made your purchase. Include the email address you used to buy and your tax details: name or company name, RFC, ZIP code of your tax address, tax regime, and intended use of the CFDI.
- If you do not request it within that time, the sale will be included in the global invoice we issue for sales to the general public, under the rules of Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT), and we may no longer be able to issue you an individual CFDI.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and guarantee
Right to cancel. Under Article 56 of Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your purchase, without giving a reason and at no cost, within five business days after we deliver your link. To do so, contact us by email or WhatsApp and tell us the email address you used to buy. We will refund the price you paid, to the same payment method, within five business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it. When you cancel, your license ends and you must delete the downloaded files and not use the templates.
Defective files or files that do not match the description. If a file does not open or does not match the product description, contact us. You will be entitled, at your choice, to receive a correct file or a refund, plus any credit due under Articles 92 and 92 Ter of Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law.
Unrecognized charges. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank, and we will look into it right away.
9. Not legal advice
- Our templates are general drafts based on Mexican federal law in effect on the date stated in each document. They do not take into account the circumstances of each case, the laws of each Mexican state, or changes in the law or in the positions of authorities and courts after that date.
- Before you sign or publish any document, have your lawyer review it and adapt it to your situation. Remove the header “BORRADOR — sujeto a revisión de abogado” (“DRAFT — subject to attorney review”) only after your lawyer has approved the final version.
- Your purchase does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our support covers your purchase, downloads, and how the files work; we do not answer legal questions or review contracts.
- The templates are designed for transactions governed by Mexican law. Do not use them for other countries without local advice.
10. Liability
We commit to delivering the templates as described on the site. How you fill out, adapt, and use them, and the contracts you enter into with them, are the responsibility of you and your lawyer.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the price you paid for it, and we will not be liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost contracts. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or bad faith, and it does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law when you act as a consumer.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our privacy notice, posted at contratosparacreadores.com.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not affect purchases already made, which remain governed by the version in effect on their date.
13. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us at the email address or WhatsApp number in section 1. We will respond within three business days. If you are a consumer, you may also contact Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO): https://www.gob.mx/profeco
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City and waive any other jurisdiction that might apply because of their present or future domicile, without prejudice to consumers’ right to go to PROFECO.
15. Language
These terms are also available in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
