Content creation services agreement
CLAUSE 4. Fees. The Brand will pay the Creator [AMOUNT IN PESOS] plus VAT within [NUMBER] calendar days after the approved post is published.
CLAUSE 9. AI voice and likeness. Neither party may generate a synthetic voice or likeness of the Creator without the Creator's prior written authorization.
